History
1946
Creation of the family company in Seine-et-Marne ( 77 )
1987
Transfer in new larger premises about 8000 m ² which enabled to develop the machine park and to increase the production. The constant evolution of the equipment enabled to keep a high productivity, shorter and shorter deadlines of manufacturing and a high quality level.
1966
Twenty years later, transfer in the new premises in the Vosges ( 88 ) in Menil-Thillot. Improvement of the working tool to respond the constant increase of the number of French and European customers.
2016
Arrival of the third generation : they mark both continuity and innovation. 70 years after being created by Jean Delphin PERNOT, equipments have been modernized and developed by his sons.Today it is the founder's grandson Mickaël PERNOT's turn, son of the CEO Guy PERNOT, to take control of the management of the family business
Quality
In 2012, there was a growing concern of going on with quality products after facing a massive import of non-complying threaded rods by unscrupulous importers, so we have decided to lead a fight for our quality business.
Membership of the Association of the Manufacturers of Mechanical Fixations(Bindings) AFFIX - ARTEMA, enables us to unite to fight against these problems. We participate in the committee of Research and Development as well as the committees of Standardization and this has led us to revise the French Standard of the threaded rod. In November, 2014 the new updated precise standard (NFE 25-136)was published. The German foreign standards dealing with the same subject are the DIN 975 and 976.
