High-tensile steel threaded rod class 8.8 – M 04 to M 60
Our Class 8.8 high-strength steel threaded rods are the ideal solution for your demanding assemblies requiring superior mechanical strength. Available in a wide range of diameters, from M04 to M60, they comply with NFE 25-136 Form A. Designed without chamfer, they nevertheless guarantee screw-in performance thanks to their ISO pitch thread and benefit from a heat treatment for increased mechanical performance.

Technical specifications
Compliant with the NFE 25-136 standard, with ISO pitch threading, form A (without chamfer but with guaranteed thread engagement) or form B (with chamfer) on request.
Mechanical properties in accordance with ISO 898-1, with heat treatment to ensure optimum mechanical strength.
Identification and marking
Range of available diameters: M04 to M60
Grade: 8.8 (high-strength steel with heat treatment for demanding assemblies).
Visual identification: Yellow paint at each end for lengths higher than 200 mm (available on request for shorter lengths).
Grade marking: As marking the ‘8.8’ quality grade at the ends is not an obligation; this can be provided on specific request for sizes M10 and above.

Plain finish

Blue-white zinc-plated finish (Cr3)
- Electrolytic zinc plating with a thickness of 5–7 microns
- Intended use: dry indoor environments
- First-level protective finish suitable for indoor use
HTC zinc plated finish (High Resistance Reinforced Corrosion CR3)
- Electrolytic zinc plating with a thickness of 8–12 microns
- Intended use: dry interior
- Reinforced zinc-plating finish guaranteeing a more sustained corrosion resistance suitable for wet indoor use (cellar, shed, etc.)
Zinc Nickel Finish
- Zinc plating finish to guarantee very high corrosion resistance.
- Environment of use: aggressive environment.
