See our packaging and palletisation options.

Available finishes

Two finish options to suit your needs:

Plain finish

Blue-white zinc-plated finish CR3 (on request)

HTC (High Corrosion Resistance CR3) zinc-plated finish

  • Electrolytic galvanising with a thickness of 8–12 microns
  • Intended use: dry indoor environments
  • Enhanced zinc plated finish to ensure greater corrosion resistance, suitable for use in damp indoor environments (cellars, sheds, etc.)

Warning: precautions must be taken when carrying out electrolysis treatment or acid cleaning on Class 12.9 fasteners, as there is a risk of fracture due to hydrogen embrittlement. In such cases, a ‘degassing’ process must be carried out. This degassing process cannot guarantee the complete elimination of the risk of hydrogen embrittlement. (See the norm ISO 4042)
